Ski Resorts in Georgia
A durable overview of Georgia’s main ski areas and who each may suit.

Georgia has several ski areas, but they do not offer the same journey, access or Adventure Georgia product. Current Adventure Georgia winter packages centre on Bakuriani and Gudauri; other resorts are included here as research context only.
Bakuriani
Bakuriani combines separate ski areas with a lived-in mountain town and is commonly considered by beginners, families and mixed groups.
Gudauri
Gudauri is a high-mountain ski destination reached by road from Tbilisi. Its terrain appeals to a range of skiers, while weather and road conditions remain important planning factors.
Mestia, Tetnuldi and Hatsvali
Svaneti’s ski areas have a different access and trip-planning profile. Tetnuldi became a Freeride World Tour host in 2024, but that history is not encouragement for inexperienced visitors to ski off-piste.
Goderdzi
Goderdzi offers another Georgian mountain setting with its own access and operating context. Adventure Georgia does not claim an identical package or service at every resort listed here.
