Adventure Georgia acts as the booking and marketing agent. Stradix contracts directly with tourists as the package supplier. Your quotation and booking documents identify the package, price, inclusions and applicable terms.
No. Destinations, accommodation, transport and ski services vary between packages and bookings. A service shown in a general description or another package is included only when it appears in your accepted quotation and written confirmation.
Planning and booking
What to expect from your first enquiry through to written confirmation.
Start with the Package Planner or email avibot@adventuregeorgia.co.za. Share your preferred dates, destinations, traveller numbers, room needs and relevant ski experience or special requirements.
No. An enquiry starts the planning process but does not reserve accommodation, transport, equipment or any other service. Availability and pricing remain subject to a tailored quotation and written confirmation.
Your booking is confirmed when the required booking conditions have been completed and written confirmation identifying the secured services has been issued. A quotation, informal message or proof-of-payment screenshot is not written booking confirmation.
Share essential requirements before accepting a quotation. Describe what you need clearly, while providing only necessary personal information. A request is not guaranteed unless the relevant arrangement is confirmed in writing for your booking.
Ski packages and inclusions
How to understand package components without relying on general assumptions.
Use your accepted quotation and written booking confirmation as the complete record of your inclusions. Check accommodation, transfers, ski passes, equipment, lessons, meals and every optional service individually.
Adventure Georgia's current winter model is an integrated package that includes accommodation. It is not an unrestricted collection of standalone ski passes, equipment and transfers.
Only when they are listed in your accepted quotation and confirmed booking. The exact resort, dates, duration and equipment entitlement must match your booking; do not infer them from another package or general website wording.
Do not assume they are included. Your quotation will identify any included flights or meals and will list relevant exclusions. Travellers should arrange comprehensive travel insurance unless a booking document expressly states otherwise.
Travel to Georgia
Practical preparation for changing entry rules, flights, luggage and weather.
South African passport holders do not need a visa to enter Georgia for tourism and may stay visa-free for up to one full year, subject to Georgia's current entry requirements. Travellers must still travel with a valid passport and should verify the latest requirements before departure. Check the official Georgia Travel Information page and the relevant Georgian and South African government sources before travelling.
Do not assume flight booking or ticketing is included as a standard service. Rely only on flight services expressly listed in your quotation and confirmation. Adventure Georgia may still need your correct flight details to coordinate confirmed ground arrangements.
Pack for your exact route, altitude, season and activities. Adaptable layers, weather protection and comfortable footwear are useful for most trips. Keep essential documents, prescribed medicine, valuables and one change of clothing in cabin baggage within the airline's rules.
Bring base layers, warm mid-layers, waterproof outerwear, ski socks, gloves, suitable winter footwear and eye and sun protection. Equipment hire does not mean that jackets, trousers, gloves, goggles or thermal clothing are supplied.
Accommodation and transport

Suitable accommodation must be available for your dates, traveller count and stated requirements before the winter booking is confirmed. Your written booking confirmation is the record to rely on; a request sent to a property is not confirmation.
Yes, but the request depends on the property and availability. Treat it as confirmed only when it appears in writing for your booking. Photographs and general descriptions should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular view or room configuration.
No. An airport transfer is included only when it appears in your accepted quotation and booking confirmation or is later approved in writing. Your final travel information will identify the relevant pickup arrangement.
Provide accurate flight numbers and times, traveller count, pickup and destination details, and the number and type of bags. Declare skis, snowboards, prams, mobility equipment and other oversized items in advance so suitable vehicle capacity can be checked.
Ski equipment and lessons
What to confirm about rental equipment, fitting and instruction.
Where equipment hire is confirmed, Adventure Georgia coordinates it through a third-party supplier. The confirmed service may include fitting, collection, an exchange where required and return, subject to the supplier's arrangements.
Stop using equipment that appears unsuitable and report the problem promptly to the supplier or your Adventure Georgia trip contact. Do not continue skiing with equipment that feels unsafe while waiting for an exchange.
Lessons are optional unless specifically included in your confirmed quotation. Instructor, meeting point, duration, group format, age requirements and cancellation conditions must be confirmed for the particular booking.
Safety, insurance and cancellations
Clear boundaries for emergencies, cover, changes and travel credits.
Call 112 first for police, fire or rescue, or emergency medical assistance. Do not delay emergency action while trying to contact Adventure Georgia. Notify your insurer and the trip-support contact when it is safe to do so.
Do not assume 24/7 coverage unless your booking documents expressly confirm it. Save the trip-support channel supplied for your booking, your insurer's assistance details and 112 before travelling.
Adventure Georgia recommends comprehensive travel insurance suited to your full itinerary. Ask the insurer to confirm medical treatment, evacuation and repatriation, cancellation, disruption, baggage, pre-existing conditions and every planned activity, including skiing or snowboarding, where relevant.
Send a clear written request as soon as possible. Availability, supplier conditions and costs already committed may affect the outcome. Changes and cancellations are handled under the standard booking terms and cancellation policies; no refund, waiver or replacement arrangement is automatic.
If a travel credit is approved in writing, it is valid for travel within 365 days. Its value and any booking-specific conditions must be recorded in the written approval. A credit is not automatic when a booking changes or is cancelled.
Payments and documentation
How to follow authorised payment instructions and protect the booking record.
Use only the currency, account or payment method shown in the authorised quotation, invoice or payment request. If bank details change unexpectedly, verify them through a previously trusted Adventure Georgia channel before paying.
No. Proof of payment shows that a transaction was initiated. The required funds still need to be received, verified and allocated to the correct booking before a payment condition is complete.
Check traveller names, dates, destinations, accommodation and occupancy, transfers, luggage, ski services, meals, payment status and every essential request. Report any error in writing and do not assume an earlier request was accepted if it is absent.

Yes. Weather can affect roads, flights, transfers, lifts, trails and supplier operations. Follow official safety instructions and use current forecasts for every destination. Any change to confirmed services is assessed against your booking and the available safe alternatives.
No. General destination information does not create a package or service. Adventure Georgia's current documented catalogue centres on winter packages in Gudauri and Bakuriani, including selected combinations with Tbilisi. Only a quotation and confirmation establish what can be supplied for your trip.
