Adventure Georgia provides travel-planning services for trips to Georgia.

When you send a Package Planner enquiry, we ask for your name, email address, mobile number and trip choices. Your trip choices can include the enquiry type, destination or package, season, duration, number of adults and grouped numbers of children aged 7–11 and 0–6. You may also add notes and make a separate optional marketing choice.

We create operational records such as an enquiry reference, submission time, source label and the estimate and price context shown with your request. The form asks for child age-group counts, not children's names, dates of birth or contact details.

Please do not include unnecessary personal information in the notes field.

We use the information submitted through the Package Planner to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• review your selected trip details and prepare a quotation;
• keep an operational record of the enquiry and the estimate context;
• prevent duplicate submissions, misuse and automated spam; and
• send occasional Adventure Georgia updates only if you made the separate optional marketing choice.

An estimate or enquiry is not a booking and does not confirm inventory.

The enquiry flow uses validation, signed estimate checks, duplicate protection and request-rate controls. Rate-limit identifiers based on an email address or network address are stored in hashed form.

When the site's bot-verification service is enabled, the browser receives a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge and the server may send its response token and the request's network address to Cloudflare for verification.

The people and service providers needed to operate the approved website and respond to an enquiry may handle the relevant information.

We do not describe a disabled or future integration as a current recipient. We will review this policy before activating a new material provider or purpose.

This policy does not state that website information is processed in a particular country or under a particular transfer safeguard. We will review this section before a material change to the approved deployment or its service providers.

We keep the enquiry and its estimate context as an operational record. This policy does not set a fixed retention period.

Marketing is optional and separate from the enquiry acknowledgement. If you select it, Adventure Georgia may send occasional updates using the approved marketing process.

The Package Planner accepts only grouped counts of children in two age bands for estimate purposes. It does not ask for a child's name, birth date or contact details.

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information handled through the website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
